Dreams

This has to be my all time favorite, I will not be selling it, I may only show it. Again some of this is from the class I'm taking and teaching with Gary's blessing.

This shows sooooooo much better in person. Before the background was started that was given as the assignment, I collaged papers onto the substrate then did the background and lastly created art for the piece...simple yet effective.

All of these works are just gorgeous. I love this one like you do but I also really love The Passage. Just a stunning technique and imagery - you have it mastered. Gorgeous!

Gorgeous! This one is a keeper. I wouldn't part with it either, tho, they're all outstanding.

All the past posting have been beautiful works. I especially like this one. When I first saw it it reminded me of the South Carolina nights of my childhood. "..moon and moss in the trees."

I am intrigued by the texture and the application of color. Is your art piece on canvas? I am looking into signing up for gary's class, but just wanted to know what size this piece is and if it was on canvas. It is very well done and shows you are developing as an artist. Beautiful work, Darlene.

Darlene,
Your art piece is very intriging. I am wondering if you painted this on canvas and what the size of this painting is. I am looking into signing up for Gary's online class this summer.
